The Company is seeking a Vice President of Front End Software Engineering to lead the design and delivery of web applications using JavaScript and Angular. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, shaping application design, and partnering with cross-functional teams to define system enhancements and support new capabilities. The role also establishes development standards, translates business and infrastructure needs into technical solutions, and resolves complex technical challenges. The successful candidate will mentor developers, allocate team work, and assess risks in technical and business decisions. Candidates should have at least six years of experience in application development or systems analysis, including front-end expertise in JavaScript and Angular. Required qualifications include experience designing, programming, testing, and debugging applications; a record of delivering technology projects; and subject matter expertise in an application development area. Strong leadership, project management, prioritization, and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
