The Company is seeking a Vice President, Full Stack Java/Python Tech Lead to lead application systems analysis and programming activities. The role involves partnering with management teams to define system enhancements, support new capabilities and process improvements, and resolve complex business and technology challenges. The successful candidate will guide application design in alignment with architecture standards and establish practices for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. They will also analyze business and system processes, develop innovative solutions, mentor developers and analysts, and help manage risk and compliance. Candidates should have 6–10 years of relevant application development or systems analysis experience, with strong Java and Python skills and experience with microservices, SQL, Oracle databases, and machine learning. Extensive software application analysis and programming experience, successful project delivery, and subject matter expertise in at least one application development area are required. The role also calls for leadership, project management, adaptability, and clear written and verbal communication. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
