Vice President, Hedge Fund Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Hedge Fund Operations to lead and drive operational excellence in a dynamic hedge fund environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless trade lifecycle management and data accuracy across diverse financial instruments. This role involves collaborating with investment teams to optimize workflows, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the development and scaling of operational processes. The VP will also be instrumental in utilizing expertise in OMS/PMS systems to enhance operational accuracy, streamline processes, and drive impactful change through the implementation of scalable solutions. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, with a strong academic background, and 7-12 years of experience in middle-office operations within hedge funds or financial institutions. Proficiency in OMS/PMS systems, comprehensive knowledge of trade lifecycle management, and experience with equity TRS, OTC derivatives processing, and corporate actions are highly desirable. The role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Enfusion and AI tools is preferred. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and collaboration skills, be adept at project management, and be committed to driving operational success in a high-performance team.
