The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investment Banking with a focus on industrial technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationship management and providing a range of investment banking services, including strategic advisory for both corporate and private equity clients. This role involves working on buyside and sellside M&A, as well as debt and equity capital raising, within the industrial technology sector. The Vice President is expected to have a strong background in investment banking, with a minimum of 8 years' related work experience, and a proven track record of generating a balanced mix of M&A, debt, and equity capital raising. Senior investment banking professionals at the company are also tasked with promoting the bank's various financial products and services. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include leading business development, assisting in the generation of new business ideas, and managing all aspects of transaction execution. The role requires advanced skills in financial analysis, sales, presentation, and client relationship management, as well as superior written and oral communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree, with an MBA and a finance focus being preferred, and at least 2-4 years of management experience.
