Vice President of Electrical Engineering

The Company is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Leader for a VP/AVP role within its transportation and infrastructure practice. This hands-on, seller-doer position is pivotal in providing strategic and technical direction across major infrastructure projects, leading multi-disciplinary electrical scopes, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and delivery partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical engineering scope on complex programs, providing technical oversight across various systems, and supporting proposal development and client presentations. Additionally, the role involves managing and mentoring engineering teams, contributing to long-term growth, and leadership within the practice. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in delivering electrical systems on large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects. A strong background in public-sector or heavily regulated environments, experience in multi-disciplinary and design or design-build programs, and the ability to operate at a senior, client-facing, and leadership level are essential.
