Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to spearhead strategic financial initiatives within a global investment and advisory firm. This senior role is pivotal in supporting senior management with reporting, profitability analysis, and corporate finance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-range financial models, conducting scenario analyses, and enhancing decision-making processes through detailed financial analysis and executive-level presentations. Collaboration across various finance areas is essential to deliver impactful insights and drive organizational growth. Applicants for the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' FP&A or relevant experience. Proficiency in advanced financial modeling, analytical problem-solving, and a strong understanding of financial statements, analysis, and accounting principles are required. Experience with ERP systems, particularly Workday Finance, is advantageous, and a background in asset management or fund structures is preferred.
