Vice President of Operations Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead execution across a multi-state restaurant portfolio. The role oversees regional operations leaders, restaurant performance, financial results, and consistent standards for hospitality, food quality, service, cleanliness, and efficiency. Responsibilities include reviewing budgets and performance metrics, driving corrective actions, translating strategic priorities into measurable operating plans, and monitoring guest feedback and brand standards. The Vice President will partner with support teams on initiatives, oversee compliance and risk management, guide responses to significant operational issues, and provide regular performance updates to executive leadership. Candidates should have 8–10 years of progressive restaurant operations experience, including substantial senior multi-unit or multi-market leadership, and a record of improving execution, guest experience, and business results. Strong financial expertise in restaurant P&Ls, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost controls, and performance indicators is required. The role also calls for executive leadership, clear communication, collaboration, sound judgment, and effective decision-making in fast-paced environments. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
