The Company is seeking a Vice President for Owner's Representative Engineering Services. This senior leadership role is pivotal in leading complex owner’s representative assignments and fostering the growth of the service line across key clients and markets. The successful candidate will be a senior technical and client-facing leader, responsible for advising various stakeholders through all project phases, from planning to closeout. Key responsibilities include leading and managing multidisciplinary technical teams, providing senior technical oversight, and ensuring that owner priorities are effectively translated into project strategies and delivery outcomes. The role also involves business development support, contributing to service line development, and maintaining strong client relationships. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years' experience in building engineering, technical advisory, or related capital project leadership roles is typically required, along with professional licensure such as a Professional Engineer (PE) or similar.
