Vice President, Private Credit

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Private Credit to evaluate, underwrite, and execute investment opportunities from initial screening through closing. Responsibilities include building financial models, conducting due diligence, structuring and negotiating debt and equity investments, and presenting recommendations to senior decision-makers. The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, financial results, and covenant compliance, and leading transactions such as amendments, refinancings, and recapitalizations. The Vice President will work closely with company management teams, sponsors, advisors, and financing partners. Candidates should have at least four years of lower middle market private credit or direct lending experience and a proven record of underwriting and executing debt investments. Strong financial modeling, credit analysis, and investment writing skills are required; experience evaluating businesses with $3 million to $15 million in EBITDA is preferred. The role calls for independent judgment, adaptability in a lean and collaborative environment, and strong communication and relationship-management skills.
