The Company is in search of a Vice President, Product Owner to join their Global Collateral Platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in influencing the platform's strategic direction and product prioritization, with a focus on delivering enhanced value to the global client base. This role involves conducting advanced analytics using market and proprietary data, as well as the latest AI models and BI tools, to inform critical business decisions. The VP, Product Owner will also be responsible for the design, development, and marketing of innovative collateral products within an AI-accelerated agile development model. Collaboration across various teams, including sales, technology, legal, operations, and third-party vendors, is essential to the role, particularly in the launch of new products and the expansion of the platform's reach to new markets. To be considered for this position, candidates should have 6-10 years of experience in global funding markets, triparty platforms, margining practices, and collateral optimization. A proven track record in designing, launching, and managing financial products, particularly in the context of triparty repo structures and workflows, is required. The role demands a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and experience in collaborating with legal, compliance, and operations to ensure regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage with institutional clients, dealers, and internal stakeholders, and possess excellent communication skills to translate complex market concepts into actionable strategies.
