Vice President, Programmatic

The Company is in search of a VP, Programmatic to spearhead the growth and strategic expansion of its programmatic and network sales revenue organization, with a key focus on audio advertising and the evolving market opportunities in video. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and executing the overall network revenue strategy, aligning it with the company's broader revenue goals, and building a scalable go-to-market framework. This role demands a leader who can drive revenue growth, deepen agency and advertiser relationships, and ensure the network is positioned as a market leader in performance-driven audio and emerging video campaigns. The VP, Programmatic will also be tasked with team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence, including the establishment of clear KPIs and the implementation of scalable sales processes. Applicants for the VP, Programmatic position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' digital advertising sales experience, with a strong emphasis on programmatic. The role requires a proven leader with a deep understanding of programmatic audio, DSP ecosystems, and experience in selling network inventory across direct and programmatic channels. Familiarity with video and CTV monetization strategies is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, possess a strong executive presence, and be adept at interfacing with senior agency and advertiser stakeholders. An analytical mindset with a focus on yield optimization and pricing strategy is essential, as is the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team towards aggressive revenue targets.
