Vice President, Project Financial Management Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a VP for Project Financial Management within the FP&A division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior management with in-depth analysis and insights into the company's financial results, with a specific focus on project financial management and planning. This role is pivotal in the development and maturation of new processes across IT and non-IT divisions, actively supporting budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing analytics. The VP will work closely with various corporate and business functions to ensure that financial insights inform decision-making for the executive leadership. Key responsibilities include adapting processes to align with the evolving organization and business model, as well as analyzing IT and non-IT expenses across different scenarios. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in business planning, budgeting, and/or financial analysis, with a strong background in project planning and management. The role requires an individual who is extremely process-oriented, capable of improving and designing new processes, and able to multitask while maintaining a focus on delivering timely information. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with OneStream Planning/Essbase is a plus. The VP will be expected to work proactively, contribute to business growth and transformation, and effectively represent the finance function while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
