Vice President, Treasury & Risk Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Treasury & Risk to lead its enterprise risk management, treasury, insurance, and internal audit functions. The role includes building and developing high-performing teams, advising senior leadership on risk, governance, liquidity, and financial stewardship, and strengthening the organization’s controls. The successful candidate will oversee enterprise risk assessments and reporting, cash positioning and forecasting, banking relationships, investments, and working-capital optimization. Responsibilities also include managing foreign exchange and interest-rate exposures, overseeing insurance programs, and coordinating external professional service providers. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of relevant experience and significant leadership responsibility. They should have a record of building functions and improving processes, policies, controls, and reporting, as well as success leading and developing teams. Strong executive presence, judgment, communication, and influencing skills are required. Relevant professional certifications and experience with data analytics, automation, continuous monitoring, or co-sourced internal audit relationships are valued.
