Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO and Board, leading all financial aspects of the business, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management. This role is pivotal in driving the company's strategic objectives, particularly in the areas of long-term value creation, integration, and scalability. The CFO will also be responsible for providing commercial insight, driving initiatives for profitability enhancement, and managing relationships with external stakeholders. A strong focus on financial controls, governance, and risk management is essential, as is the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing finance function.
