Assistant Vice President, AI Security Engineering Greater Delhi, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for AI Security Engineering with a focus on secure AI engineering at an enterprise and multi-client scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the secure AI engineering practice, establishing secure-by-design standards, and overseeing security architecture for the end-to-end AI lifecycle. This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, risk judgment, and executive communication, as well as the ability to operate effectively in global, regulated, client-delivery environments. The AVP will also be tasked with ensuring protection against advanced AI threats and driving the adoption of secure reference architectures and hardened AI pipelines. Applicants must have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10-15 years' of experience in cybersecurity, secure architecture, or platform engineering, with a minimum of 3 years' in AI/ML or GenAI environments. A deep understanding of secure AI, adversarial ML, and privacy-by-design is essential, as is familiarity with AI governance, privacy, and MLOps/LLMOps tooling. The role also demands experience with security frameworks and regulations such as NIST AI RMF, NIST CSF, and ISO/IEC standards, and a preference for those with a background in highly regulated industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of client advisory and external engagement, and the ability to build strong internal capabilities in secure AI engineering and adversarial ML awareness.
