Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and support the next phase of growth for a software business. Working closely with senior leadership and investors, the CFO will drive value-creation initiatives, strengthen financial planning and analysis, and improve commercial decision-making. Responsibilities include supporting acquisitions and integration, managing banking and investor relationships, and scaling processes, systems, and controls for international growth. The CFO will also help prepare the business for a future exit. Candidates should be an experienced CFO or a high-calibre Finance Director ready to step into the role, with experience in software, SaaS, or recurring-revenue businesses and exposure to private-equity-backed environments. Strong M&A and integration experience, along with a track record of scaling businesses through rapid growth, is required. Applicants should be commercially astute and credible when working with boards, investors, and lenders.
