Executive Director, Private Enterprise Core Services Greater Kelowna, Canada Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Private Enterprise Core Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a range of financial and tax engagements for private clients, including the compilation of financial statements, review engagements, and various tax compliance engagements. This role is pivotal in the business development efforts of the practice and involves identifying and analyzing client needs to provide comprehensive solutions and advice. The Executive Director will also be a key member of the leadership group, contributing to the implementation of the business plan, and will be expected to provide oversight and guidance on complex accounting and tax matters, as well as support engagement teams in delivering high-quality client service. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a public practice accounting environment, with a strong background in private enterprise clients, compilation and review engagements, and tax compliance services. A Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent is required. The role demands excellent client service skills, the ability to manage conflicting demands, and a proven track record in business development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, be an effective mentor, and have the ability to manage and delegate tasks to staff.
