Vice President, Supply Chain Planning

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain Planning to establish, lead, and own an integrated, end-to-end supply chain planning function, including sales and operations planning. The role oversees demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and purchasing, while developing the team and aligning the organization. The successful candidate will strengthen collaboration with customers, improve service metrics, and lead process integration in a growing, high-volume environment. Responsibilities also include guiding change and driving continuous improvement. Candidates should bring 10–15 years of relevant experience, deep planning expertise, and experience with integrated business planning or sales, inventory, and operations planning processes. Private equity industry exposure, preferably in mid-sized manufacturing, is desirable. The role requires strong leadership and change management capabilities, an improvement-oriented mindset, and executive presence, including board-level interaction. A bachelor’s degree is required.
