Bank Market President

The Company is seeking a Bank Market President to provide leadership and direction for its designated location(s). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships to proactively develop new business, including loan supervision, marketing, retail, and managing the market's financials and daily operations. This role also involves overseeing the performance of all staff, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures, and maintaining high loan credit quality. The Market President will be expected to implement corporate objectives in line with the policies established by the CEO and Board of Directors. Applicants for the Bank Market President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a banking or lending environment. Extensive credit knowledge, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team are essential. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong math skills, and exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills. The Market President will be involved in all aspects of the market's operations, from strategic planning to staff supervision, and must be adept at representing the bank in a professional manner while fostering a positive working environment.
