Vice President, Accounting & Controller

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Accounting and Controller to lead its financial operations with a focus on integrity, quality, and dependability. The successful candidate will be responsible for the senior leadership of the company's controllership function and related shared services, including all aspects of accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, treasury, purchasing, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role demands a strategic partner who can ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial information, while also driving process improvements, automation, and scalability to support the company's growth and various financial requirements. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, or finance leadership is required, with a strong preference for those holding a CPA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strengthening internal controls, improving accounting processes, and preparing organizations for various financial and compliance activities. Experience in a high-growth, multi-site, or private equity-backed environment is also desirable. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across multiple business units and with executive stakeholders.
