Vice President of Digital & IT

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital & IT to shape its digital direction and turn technology opportunities into measurable business value. The role leads digital transformation, AI and automation initiatives, and the modernization and integration of business-critical systems and data platforms. Responsibilities include developing an experienced IT team, partnering with senior leaders and business functions, and taking initiatives from strategy through implementation. The VP also oversees IT operations, security, technology partners, and system performance, while supporting acquisitions and business integrations. Candidates should bring proven experience leading digital transformation and technology-enabled business improvements, along with broad IT or technology leadership experience. Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven process improvement is required, as are people leadership, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. A proactive, collaborative, and execution-focused approach is important, as is fluency in written and spoken Norwegian and English. Experience with complex technology environments, ERP or CRM transformations, international operations, or technology consulting is an advantage.
