Vice President of Enterprise Acceleration

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Acceleration to lead its global enterprise technology organization and drive an engineering-led, AI-enabled transformation. The role oversees teams across AI, applications, data, infrastructure, security, and architecture, while setting technology strategy with senior leadership. Responsibilities include modernizing enterprise systems and workflows, moving AI solutions into production, strengthening data and security foundations, and overseeing technology supporting commerce, customer service, supply chain, finance, and operations. The leader will also manage the technology investment portfolio and key vendor relationships, measuring success through business and customer outcomes. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including substantial experience leading software, platform, or enterprise engineering organizations and global teams. They must have personally led AI-enabled transformation into production with measurable results, and bring cybersecurity and risk expertise relevant to public-company controls and governance. Broad knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud data platforms, and the technology supporting commerce, customer care, revenue, supply chain, and finance is required, along with strong executive communication and vendor-management skills. Experience with engineering platforms, workflow automation, organizational transformation, and consumer or commerce-focused businesses is preferred.
