Vice President, Live & Player Services Greater Paris, France Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Live & Player Services to lead a globally distributed organization responsible for digital platforms and services that connect players, partners, and business teams. The role will define and execute long-term strategy, guide service and capability development, and build alignment with business, technology, and external platform stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing portfolio performance, budgets, investment priorities, and operational metrics, while balancing delivery, quality, and long-term value. The Vice President will also shape an integrated operating model, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and develop a high-performing, inclusive global workforce. Candidates should bring extensive experience in live operations, player services, digital platforms, or service-oriented organizations, along with a record of leading large, multidisciplinary, multi-site teams. Experience managing organizational transformation and strategic relationships with external platform, ecommerce, and technology partners is required. Strong understanding of live services, player-facing digital ecosystems, ecommerce operations, complex production, and end-to-end value chains is essential. The role also calls for financial acumen, including budget ownership and return-on-investment decisions, as well as the ability to simplify complexity, influence stakeholders, and champion customer needs through change.
