Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to guide its next phase of growth and value creation. The CFO will lead corporate finance, accounting, and financial strategy, while overseeing public-company readiness, regulatory reporting, investor relations, compliance, treasury, and risk management. The role will evaluate mergers and acquisitions and other strategic opportunities, partner with executive leadership on long-term planning and operations, and serve as the primary financial resource to the board and its committees. It will also involve building and developing a high-performing finance organization. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including recent CFO experience at a publicly traded company with annual revenue exceeding $100 million. Recent IPO experience is essential, and a CPA designation is strongly preferred. Experience in healthcare or technology is desirable, alongside expertise in regulatory reporting, investor relations, compliance, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions. Applicants should demonstrate success leading finance teams and driving operational and financial performance, with exceptional communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
