Vice President, Medical Director Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Medical Director to provide senior medical and scientific leadership across assigned brands and therapeutic areas. The role advises clients and cross-functional teams, shapes medical and brand strategy, and translates complex science into clear, compelling communications. Responsibilities include ensuring scientific accuracy and medical integrity, guiding medical-legal-regulatory review, and leading scientific initiatives such as advisory boards. The Vice President will mentor medical professionals, educate teams and clients, contribute to new business and account growth, and help establish consistent medical standards and processes. Candidates must hold an advanced degree in a healthcare or scientific discipline, such as an MD, DO, PharmD, DDS, or PhD, and have substantial medical or scientific leadership experience in healthcare communications, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices. They should have a record of leading scientifically complex brands, advising senior clients, and developing effective medical strategies. Strong knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical marketing, regulations, and medical-legal-regulatory review is required, along with the ability to interpret clinical evidence and communicate complex science clearly. Excellent leadership, mentoring, presentation, writing, editorial, and client communication skills are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
