Vice President of Information Technology

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to lead and manage all aspects of its IT systems, ensuring they are in line with business strategies, operational processes, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the enterprise-wide technology strategy and execution, with a focus on enabling growth, scalability, and operational efficiency. This role involves providing technology leadership, overseeing digital transformation, and modernizing systems to support the company's next phase of growth. The VP of IT will also be a strategic partner to the CEO and CFO, translating business strategy into technology solutions, and will interact with all levels of management to develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a strong background in SAP/S4HANA. Experience in M&A environments, FDA interactions, and leading IT during regulatory audits is essential. The role requires a hands-on, cross-functional mindset, and the ability to manage IT requirements across various business functions. The VP of IT will be responsible for driving AI adoption, implementing a cybersecurity program, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and data protection frameworks. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with a proven track record in building and leading high-performance IT teams.
