Vice President, Scrum Leader Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Scrum Leader to join their Managed Account Solutions platform team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing delivery, managing flow, and solving problems within a complex organizational framework. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring that Scrum principles and practices are adhered to, and that Scrum team events are productive and time-bound. The Scrum Leader will also be tasked with removing impediments, tracking and resolving team dependencies, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Collaboration with Product Owners and other leaders to manage the program backlog and foster innovation is a key aspect of the position. Applicants for the Vice President, Scrum Leader role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 4-8 years in a similar role. A background in technical roles is preferred, along with experience as a Scrum Master for large software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various Agile approaches, including Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, and Spotify, and be proficient in Agile techniques and tools.
