This includes the full spectrum of development activities, from researching and engaging with potential donors to managing relationships and coordinating fundraising events. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's development efforts are effective and that donor support is maximized. Applicants for the CDO position at the company should have a proven track record in meeting fundraising targets, excellent communication skills, and a strong organizational background.
