The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Business & Data Analytics, Voice of the Member, to lead the strategy and delivery of member feedback programs, research enablement, and advanced analytics. The role oversees survey program design, data architecture and management, information governance, analytics, insights, and business intelligence. The executive will partner with business leaders to modernize performance metrics, embed data-driven decision-making, and turn feedback into insights that improve member experience and business outcomes. Responsibilities also include developing high-performing teams, establishing operating processes and tools, managing budgets and staffing, and ensuring risk and compliance controls are effective. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant education and experience, at least 10 years of data and analytics experience in a complex financial services environment, and four years of people leadership experience. Required capabilities include large-scale data analysis, complex database and data architecture, Agile project leadership, risk management, and communicating analytical findings to senior leaders. The role also calls for strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs and KPIs into analytical approaches and recommendations. Experience leading customer feedback or experience insights programs, using survey and research methods, applying quantitative and qualitative analysis, and influencing executive stakeholders is especially valuable.
