President, EMS Group Greater Phoenix, AZ Area

The Company is seeking a President to lead a group of decentralized business units, setting strategy and overseeing financial performance, portfolio management, and leadership development. The role carries full P&L accountability and responsibility for improving results, driving organic and acquisition-led growth, and accelerating innovation and new product development. The President will lead product management, pricing, and commercial planning, while partnering with sales teams and key customers to grow market share. Additional responsibilities include advancing operational excellence through continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to collaborate across business units. Candidates should have a degree and a record of delivering strong financial, operational, and commercial results in roles of increasing responsibility, preferably in manufacturing. They should bring strategic expertise in portfolio management, margin expansion, capital efficiency, and channel economics, along with the ability to interpret and explain business financials. Strong judgment, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to develop talent, inspire teams, and lead change with integrity and accountability. A collaborative leadership style and a focus on innovation and continuous improvement are also required.
