Vice President, Asset Management

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Asset Management to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to the Asset Management Team, working closely with the Acquisitions and Construction teams to develop and execute business plans for each asset, and overseeing the day-to-day execution of the company's investments. This includes making real-time strategy adjustments, finding value-add opportunities, controlling expenses, and managing revenue. The role also involves developing annual business plans, rate plans, and compensation structures for each asset, as well as overseeing cash management and planning for improvements and distributions. Applicants for the Vice President, Asset Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in real estate, business, or a related field, with 5-7+ years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a management/leadership role. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, natural leader with a proven track record of driving organizational change and delivering exceptional results. Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, the ability to formulate and execute strategic and tactical plans, and a strong background in budgeting, financial management, team development, and performance management. The role also requires the ability to work independently, interact with key stakeholders, and manage relationships with capital partners and lenders.
