President (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking community-minded leaders to serve on its Board of Directors, including in a president or treasurer capacity. Board members provide governance and oversight, support the organization’s strategic plan, contribute through committee work, and participate in fundraising and community engagement. Responsibilities include attending board and committee meetings, supporting networking and marketing for fundraising efforts, making an annual personal contribution, and taking part in at least one organizational event each year. Board service begins with a one-year term, with the option to continue in subsequent two-year terms. Candidates should bring relevant expertise in areas such as accounting or finance, law, fundraising, nonprofit management, human resources, creative entrepreneurship, or entrepreneur support. The Company seeks collaborative community leaders who are passionate about the arts and can contribute to its governance and strategic priorities.
