Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support Greater Pittsburgh, PA Area

The Company is seeking a Cloud Operations Site Reliability Engineer to support day-to-day operations across a multi-cloud environment. Responsibilities include managing cloud provisioning and configuration, supporting Kubernetes workloads, Linux systems, databases, and AI/ML infrastructure, and addressing security and vulnerability issues. The role also involves monitoring services, responding to incidents, supporting releases and capacity planning, and contributing to governance, resilience, and disaster recovery practices. The engineer will automate routine operations and maintain documentation and runbooks. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and typically 6–10 years of relevant experience. Required qualifications include hands-on enterprise experience with Azure and GCP, working knowledge of AWS or OCI, and experience with Kubernetes, Linux administration, cloud databases, and Terraform. Familiarity with observability and vulnerability management tools, scripting, incident and release management, and regulated-environment controls is also important. Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and operational ownership skills are expected.
