Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic, operational, financial, and cultural leadership for a complex nonprofit organization. Working in partnership with the Board and senior leaders, the Executive Director will set strategic direction, oversee budgeting and operations, and strengthen organizational stability and long-term sustainability. Responsibilities include evaluating programs and operating systems, guiding organizational change, developing a strong leadership team, and fostering an inclusive, accountable workplace culture. The role also involves supporting effective governance, building relationships with donors and community partners, and advancing fundraising and strategic partnerships. Candidates should bring significant senior leadership experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, human services, youth services, or similarly complex organization, with a record of leading multidisciplinary teams and organizational change. Strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and familiarity with healthcare delivery, community-based services, and related regulatory and funding environments are required; experience with federally qualified health centers, HRSA compliance, Medicaid reimbursement, or integrated care is valued. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success developing leadership teams, advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and building trust with boards, employees, and diverse stakeholders. A commitment to social justice, health equity, harm reduction, and improving outcomes for underserved communities is essential.
