The Company is in search of a Senior AI Engineer / Lead AI Engineer with a robust background in AI and ML development, particularly in the areas of Generative AI and Large Language Models. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade AI applications, including AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions. Key tasks also involve the development of Agentic AI frameworks and the implementation of RAG architectures for knowledge management. The role demands a high level of technical expertise in AI and machine learning, with a focus on LLMs, NLP, deep learning, and cloud-based AI platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of programming languages such as Python, SQL, and PySpark, and experience with a range of AI and ML frameworks. Applicants for this role at The Company should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 12-15 years' of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML development. A deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including neural networks, reinforcement learning, and computer vision, is essential. The role also requires proficiency in data engineering, MLOps, and DevOps, as well as experience with cloud platforms.
