Assistant Vice President, Loan Services Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Loan Services to coordinate loan asset administration and reconciliation activities. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining assets, liaising with brokers, custodians, and agents, processing notices and corporate actions, and entering and settling trades. The role also involves daily cash and position reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, escalating aged breaks, and ensuring reports are delivered on time. Additional duties include preparing procedures and KPI/MIS reports, supporting business enhancements, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Candidates should have a degree in accounting or finance, or a relevant qualification, and at least 10 years of experience in loan services. Strong knowledge of credit funds, reconciliations, private debt, syndicated and bilateral loans, and the trade lifecycle is required. Experience with settlements, including Clearpar, and familiarity with securities and other financial instruments are also expected. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required; familiarity with loan administration software is preferred.
