Associate Vice President, Information Security Specialist

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Information Security Specialist to lead control governance activities for identity and access operations and related policy controls. Responsibilities include driving compliance assurance, keeping control documentation clear and current, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s control framework. The role also involves reviewing control performance indicators, identifying and following up on gaps, providing regular progress updates, and collaborating with control owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams. In addition, the specialist will assess information security controls for emerging technologies and define requirements and enhancements for a risk and compliance assessment platform. Candidates should bring expertise in governance, information security, or identity and access management, along with strong documentation, negotiation, reporting, and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel formulas, is required; experience with workflow, risk, and diagramming tools is also valuable. The role calls for problem-solving ability, comfort working with stakeholders in complex or global control environments, and sound judgment in using AI tools responsibly. Relevant security, risk, project management, or information security standards certifications are an advantage.
