The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Business Product Manager to join their enterprise data office and product solution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and suitability of data for business, risk management, and regulatory reporting. This role involves engaging with various teams, including markets, risk, finance, tech, client organization, and data engineering, to gather requirements, understand application processing, and design systematic solutions to meet business needs. The role is highly collaborative, with a focus on documenting product data flows and designing solutions for data governance and quality. Applicants should have a minimum of 9 years' experience in the banking and financial services industry, information technology, or data controls and governance, with a preference for those holding an engineering degree and a post-graduation in finance. Extensive experience in capital markets business and processes, particularly with a deep understanding of derivative products or SFT, is essential. The role requires strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Pyspark, as well as experience with AI-accelerated data analysis and data management processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems and think analytically.
