The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Full Stack Engineer to join their Middle Office Engineering Team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in multiplying the team's impact through hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and the establishment of a high engineering standard. Key responsibilities include designing and building fit-for-purpose architectures, simplifying systems and workflows, and creating durable reusable patterns and tooling to accelerate team delivery. The role also demands a quick adaptation to new domains and technologies, the application of strong engineering fundamentals, and the deliberate use of AI-enabled tools in the software development process. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, with an advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 12 years of professional software development experience is required, with a focus on full-stack engineering and system/application architecture.
