Vice President, Business Analytics Lead Analyst Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is in search of a Business Analytics Lead Analyst with a focus on business analysis, data exploration, and data analysis within the finance technology domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and data demand requirements, as well as translating these into clear system specifications and acceptance criteria. This role requires a hands-on approach to data analysis, proficiency in SQL, and experience with BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office. The candidate should be adept at stakeholder management, have strong communication skills, and be capable of presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of business analysis experience in finance, with a preference for those who have worked with controllers, treasury, or FP&A. The role also involves developing business knowledge, becoming a subject matter expert in various systems and processes, and ensuring the integrity and quality of data for analytical initiatives. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and the ideal candidate will have a background in governance and compliance, with the ability to establish and maintain appropriate processes to ensure compliance with requirements and internal standards.
