Vice President, Business Transformation Specialist Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Business Transformation Specialist, VP to take on a senior role as a PODL. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and governing changes across all squads of platform services, ensuring the implementation of enhancements and production fixes for various applications. This includes guiding other product owners in the review and analysis of requirements to guarantee the quality and timely delivery of all changes. The role also involves leading the changes and fixes for the core application, coordinating with satellite systems and interfaces, and supporting the implementation of new products as required by the business. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or professional certifications preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management within the financial services industry is required. The role demands a solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments, as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale business transformation programs, be adept at leveraging AI tools, and possess exceptional communication skills. Business-fluent English is essential, and German is a plus.
