Vice President, Client Reporting & Performance Manager Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Client Reporting and Performance Manager to lead a client operations and reporting team. Responsibilities include developing strategies to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency, collaborating across teams to streamline operations and enhance client service, and mentoring team members. The role also oversees the preparation and presentation of performance reports for internal and external stakeholders and drives improvements through new technologies and methodologies. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience, ideally in finance or operations, and up to one year of management experience. Strong leadership and team management abilities, analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
