Vice President, Cross-Border Data Control Operations & Advisory Services Lead Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead cross-border data control operations and advisory services. The role oversees the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of control frameworks, including recertification, issue remediation, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include advising business and technology stakeholders on data rules and standards, developing training and communications, and establishing governance routines, performance metrics, and management reporting. The successful candidate will also coordinate program management activities, manage risks and dependencies, and promote accountability and continuous improvement across teams and regions. Candidates should have strong experience in control operations, governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance in a complex organization, along with proven program and project management capabilities. A solid understanding of data governance, data quality, data lineage, metadata management, and data controls is required. The role calls for excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in international, cross-functional environments and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution are important.
