Vice President, Java & BPM Application Development Lead Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President - Java & BPM Application Development Lead with a focus on driving the architecture, design, implementation, and enhancement of mission-critical business process management workflows and core Java enterprise services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading agile engineering squads, collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, and enterprise architecture teams, and ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and compliant software. This senior technical role demands deep expertise in IBM BPM/BAW and core Java/Spring Boot microservices development, as well as the ability to lead and mentor mid-level developers and analysts. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 12 years' of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis, with a strong background in architecting and designing complex, scalable workflow solutions. The role requires a Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of applications development, extensive experience in system analysis, and a proven track record of managing and implementing successful projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred, and must demonstrate leadership, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
