Vice President, Projects, Group Development Management Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Projects, to lead development works across new developments and existing assets in multiple sectors. The role oversees end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams and consultants through feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and handover; guiding design development; and managing stakeholder requirements and project risks. The successful candidate will also develop procurement strategies, oversee contracts and construction progress, manage financial performance, and embed sustainability, compliance, and governance practices. Candidates should hold a degree in architecture, engineering, quantity surveying, project management, or a related field, and have at least 12 years of full-cycle development experience from design through site execution. Experience with commercial projects, particularly office buildings and retail developments, is preferred. Strong business acumen, communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills are required, along with adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
