The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the firm's global digitalization effort, responsible for the design and delivery of complex, end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform. This includes hands-on development, integration engineering, and global coordination within a large-scale enterprise organization. The role demands deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, strong engineering judgment, and the ability to lead through delivery in a fast-paced, distributed environment. Key responsibilities for the VP, Salesforce Engineer include hands-on development using Apex, LWC, Flows, and process automation, as well as integration engineering with REST/SOAP APIs. The role also requires global coordination, participation in Agile ceremonies, and a focus on code quality and platform health. The ideal candidate will have mandatory qualifications and skills in custom framework experience, advanced Apex and async processing, LWC, multi-pattern integration, data modeling for scale and compliance, and engineering fundamentals. A good-to-have list includes working knowledge of TypeScript, experience with test automation, familiarity with AWS services, and exposure to financial services.
