Vice President, Senior Business Functional Analysis Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Business Functional Analyst, VP to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for business solution design in complex project environments, with a focus on transformational programs. This role involves identifying and translating a wide range of business requirements into functional specifications, analyzing the impact of changes, and designing optimal business processes. The Senior BFA will also be involved in creating and executing roadmaps for solution development and implementation, as well as aligning with key stakeholder groups to ensure the successful delivery and maintenance of business solutions. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in the investment banking domain, with at least 8 years in regulatory reporting. A strong knowledge of critical regulations such as Dodd Frank Act, MIFIR, CSDR, CASS, and MSRB is essential. The role requires an understanding of investment banking products, particularly OTC derivatives, and experience with trade lifecycle and payments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to leverage Generative AI tools, hands-on experience with requirements gathering and documentation tools, and a proven track record in Agile and Scrum delivery. A degree in finance, computer science, or software engineering is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
