Vice President, Services Governance Reporting & Analysis Lead Analyst Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Services Governance Reporting & Analysis Lead Analyst to strengthen risk and control governance through effective reporting and oversight. Responsibilities include coordinating governance forums and committees, preparing executive reporting packages and meeting materials, tracking actions, and translating complex risk and control data into clear insights for senior leaders. The role partners across business, risk, controls, compliance, operations, and technology to support decision-making, regulatory obligations, and consistent governance practices. It also helps identify and escalate vulnerabilities, maintain reporting standards, support committee operations, and contribute to controls training. Candidates should have 6–10 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or another control-related function in financial services. Required capabilities include identifying and managing risks and controls, developing sustainable process improvements, understanding regulatory requirements, and analyzing complex information. Strong written and verbal communication, senior stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, prioritization, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are also required. A bachelor’s or university degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
