Core qualifications include a proven background in risk and controls, operational risk, or regulatory functions, deep expertise in agile product management, and technical fluency to engage with engineering teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a management degree such as an MBA being a plus. The ideal candidate will also possess industry-recognized certifications and have experience with AI tools in the software development lifecycle.
