Vice President of Operations, ERP Business Unit

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for its ERP business unit. The successful candidate will be at the helm of the business unit, responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic plan that encompasses sales, support, product development, and professional services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial objectives of the unit are met, and the VP will work closely with the leadership team to define and execute the necessary operational strategies. Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring a team of directors, achieving revenue and EBITA targets, supporting the sales and professional services teams, and driving the adoption of AI within the business unit. The VP will also be involved in long-term product development planning, identifying potential acquisition targets, and coordinating the integration of complementary acquisitions. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in general management, with a preference for those who have worked in vertical software companies. They must possess excellent communication skills, be bilingual in French and English, and demonstrate a passion for success and a commitment to leading by example. The role requires exceptional rigor in financial resource management, experience in leading a multidisciplinary team of at least 25 people, and a proven track record in managing a complete P&L. The VP will be expected to work closely with the finance department to ensure compliance with dividend payments to partners and to maintain relationships with clients, partners, and prospects through regular visits and participation in professional events.
